Beach Trip

It's been a while. I have quite a number of posts to catch up on, but first things first.
Almost a month ago we were planning on checking out a beach that one of Kent's co-workers had mentioned was awesome. Unfortunately, the day before we had planned on going Erik started throwing up. So Kent took Taylor to the beach to check it out. Taylor loved it and keeps asking when we're gonna go back. Maybe it's the fact that I didn't grow up around ocean water, but I had no idea starfish got that large...

...or could be found in any other color beside yellow.

I can just hear this crab saying, "Yo. What up?"

I love this picture of Taylor!

I grew on on the beach and I never saw a starfish like those! They must be a west coast thing. They are awesome!

Those starfish were awesome! Sorry it couldn't be a whole family trip, but it looked some good father-son bonding! I didn't realize there were no beaches in the southwest Steph, you were so deprived! ;) Hopefully you guys will get to make it there all together sometime this summer amidst Kent's busy-ness! Hope things aren't too crazy yet! We are getting settled in here gradually--only about 15 boxes left of the 200 original left to unpack!

The beach was Kopachuk (sp?) beach in Gig Harbor. I highly recommend it!
